Vacuum 3D Letters

"Vacuum 3D letters" are three-dimensional vacuum-formed letters or signage. A plastic sheet (often made of acrylic or another thermoplastic material) is heated to a flexible temperature during this manufacturing process. Next, the heated sheet is vacuum-sealed onto the surface of a letter-shaped mould after being stretched over it. Letters appear three-dimensional when the plastic cools and retains its mould shape.
